Everything you need to know about how we ship your order and our return policy.

Shipping information

Processing Times

Orders for in-stock supplies (film, powder, cleaning items, etc.) usually ship within 1–3 business days.

Large or bulk orders may require an extra 1–2 business days for packing.

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Orders are calculated using weight-based shipping at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders of $250 or more (subtotal, after discounts) within the contiguous United States.

Heavier or oversized packages may have additional charges shown at checkout.

Carriers & Delivery Times

We primarily ship via major carriers such as UPS. Estimated delivery is typically 2–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in transit. If you do not see this email, please check your spam/junk folder first.

Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur additional reshipment charges.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be confident in every purchase from DTF Wholesale Supplies. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of damage or error on our part:

  • Opened inks, powders, and cleaning fluids
  • Partially used or cut DTF film rolls
  • Any product marked final sale, clearance, or custom

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • Once reviewed, we will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Return Approval & Shipping

All returns must be approved in advance. Please email us before sending anything back.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for bulk or large orders.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Order pick-up

We offer local order pick-up at three TN locations. Once your order is placed online, you will receive an email when it is ready for pick-up with the location chosen for pickup. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid photo ID for verification.
